About Merlin Tree Services

Merlin Tree Services was founded by Alan McDowall, a highly trained and certified tree surgeon. Alan is a qualified LANTRA instructor approved to train ground and aerial arboricultural skills, as well as being a City & Guilds NPTC assessor and LOLER inspector.

We have been operating since 2010, and have a long list of satisfied private and commercial clients.

Merlin Tree Services are committed to health and safety management throughout all aspects of our work. We have achieved the IOSH Managing Safely qualification. Prior to work commencing, a method statement can be supplied along with site specific risk assessments which ensures works are carried out as efficiently and safely as possible.

Merlin Tree Services hold Employers Liability, Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance.
